Notes for Mary SIXBURY
The Daily Observer, Utica, NY, Wednesday Evening, March 28, 1877
PERSONAL
Mrs. Mary Sixbury Wiley, whose death in Albany has been announced and whose remains are to be brought here for interment tomorrow, was a lady of considerable personal attraction in her younger days when she was married to Thomas Wiley, then foreman to the old Gazette office. Through life she maintained her gentle disposition. Mr. Wiley who served for many years on the Tribune, died about two years ago and was buried in our Forest Hill Cemetery. Mrs. W.’s remains are to be entombed next to those of her husband.
