OVEROCKER RITES SET FOR TUESDAY
WIDOW OF FORMER MEMBER CITY HARNESS FIRM DIES SUDDENLY ON RETURN FROM SOUTH
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at the Selfridge Funeral Home, 31 South Hamilton street, at 1:30 o’clock, for Mrs. Jennie L. Overocker, widow of James P. Overocker who died early Saturday morning at the Hotel Campbell shortly after returning from St. Petersburg, Fla., where she had spent the winter.
Mrs. Overocker was a life-long resident of Poughkeepsie. She was Jennie R. Levison before her marriage. Her husband, who died about seven years ago, was at one time a member of the harness firm of Overocker Brothers. Mrs. Overocker had been spending her winters in Florida for the past five years.
