Judge Fills? Admits Two Wills to Probate and Disposes of Other Business
In the Surrogate’s Court this morning the wills of Jane Osterhout and Evert Oliver were admitted to probate by Judge Fills?.
The property left by the latter valued at $22,500, of which $16,000 is real estate in the town of Bethlehem, Guilderland and New Scotland. To his son, John Oliver he left a farm of 80 acres in Bethlehem and $750 in money; to his granddaughters, Malinda Secor and Ephraim Oliver, a farm of 72 acres in Guilderland; to his son, Abram E. Oliver, a farm of 90 acres in New Scotland; to his daughter, Eve Ann Livingston, a farm of 63 acres in New Scotland.
