Grover H. Sixberry, retired in 1994 from Sealright Co.
Grover H. Sixberry Sr., 68, of 6 Taplan Drive, Fulton, died Thursday, March 27, at
home after a sudden illness. A native of Schroeppel, Mr. Sixberry had resided in the Fulton-Volney area most
of his life. He retired in 1994 from Sealright Company in Fulton after 40 years.
Surviving are his wife, Natalie J.Sixberry of Fulton; four sons, John Sixberry of Mexico, Grover Jr., Steven, and David
Sixberry all of North Volney; two daughters, Lila Weiland of Pifford and Sharon Kitney of Stratford, Conn,; two bothers. Earl Sixberry of Fulton and Vernon Sixberry of Houlton, Maine; five sisters, Ruth Shannon of Fairbanks, Alaska, Alice Rice of Canton, Mildred Clark of Fulton, Clara Pillans of Pennellville, and Robin Hansen of Constantia; his stepmother, Susie Sixberry of Pennellville; 18 grandchildren; three great-grandsons; several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Wednesday, April 2, at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton. Reverend Ruth E. Peronne officiated, Burial was at North Volnev Cemeterv, Volney.
