OBITUARY NOTES
MRS. LUTHER EMERICK
The funeral of Mrs. Della Parish Emerick, wife of Dr. Luther Emerick, who died Saturday at her home in Saugherties after an illness of several months, took place this afternoon from the Congregational church at Saugerties. Burial also was at Saugerties.
Mrs. Emerick was born at New Salem Aug. 15, 1877, and was the oldest daughter of Dr. Charles E. and Mrs. Margaret Sigsbee Parish. She was a graduate of the Schenevus High School and of the Albany Hospital Training School for Nurses. On June 5, 1906, she was married to Dr. Emerick and her home had ever since been in Saugerties. Besides her husband, she leaves three daughters, one son, one brother and two sisters.
