KNOXVILLE, Tenn. Norval C. Seaburg, age 49, of Knoxville, died Friday, March 19, 2004 at U.T. Medical Center. He was employed by Domermuth Environmental Services. Member of the Helderberg, N.Y. Bassmasters, the Blue Ridge Bassmasters and the B.A.S.S. Federation. Preceded in death by his father, Wendell Seaburg. Survivors include his wife, Tammy C. Seaburg; daughters, Gretchen and Stephanie Seaburg, Lisa Bailey, all of Knoxville; grandchildren, Nicholas, Emily, Thomas and Katie; mother, Arla Mae Seaburg of New York; brothers, Wendell Seaburg Jr. of Ga., Jason Seaburg of Tenn., Danny, Jimmy and Dutch of N.Y. Funeral service 7 p.m., Tuesday at Stevens Chapel., Rev. Dana Matthewson officiating.
