Notes for Elizabeth Welch HARTINGER
MRS. E. W. OVERROCKER West Winfield--Mrs. Elizabeth W. Overrocker,72, of West Main St., and formerly of Richfield Springs, died Sunday in Mohawk Valley General Hospital,Ilion She was born in Herkimer, daughter of Walter and Lillian Gould Welch and attended schools in Herkimer. In 1926 in Buffalo, she married George Hartinger. The couple resided in Ilion for many years where she was employed at the Remington Typewriter Co. In 1946 the couple moved to Richfield Springs where she was employed by the Richfield Springs Central School. Mr. hartinger died in 1963. In Richfield Springs in 1963 she married Leroy D. Overrocker. Mr. Overrocker died in 1974. She was also a seamtress in the Richfield Springs area for many years. She leaves a stepdaughter, Mrs. John (Louise) Pavlot, of Bridgewater, a stepson, F. Edward Overrocker, of Canyon Country, Calif., and a sister, Mrs. Earl ( Emma) Talbot, of Herkimer. The funeral will be at 9 Wednesday from the Owens Funeral home, Clinton, and at 9:30 from St. Mary's Church, Clinton. Burial will be in Kirkland Cemetery. Calling hoyurs are 2-4 and 7-9 Tuesday
