MRS. ZOLA KILLIAN
Texas City-Mrs. Zola P. Killian, 48, died at 10:30 am Saturday at Rosewood General Hospital in Houston.
Funeral arrangements are pending at the Mniken-Lonfon Funeral Home in Texas City.
She lived at 1002 16th Ave. North, Texas City.
Mrs. Killian was the widow of M.W. (Blackie) Killian. She was born Oct 13, 1923 in La Porte, and was a member of the First Christian Church. She was also affiliated with the Good Neighbor C.B. Club and was a player agent for the Junior Teenage Baseball League. Mrs. Killian was a teen mother for the Troy Wright Sports Club.
Survivors include four sons, Wally J. Killian of Jamaica, W.A. Liefert of Alta Loma, Tommy M. Killian and Gerald Killian, both of texas City, a daughter, Mrs. Dora Frank of Texas City; three sisters, Mrs. Louise Tulp of Texas City, Mrs. Frances Parker of Oiltown, PA and Mrs. Nellie Warren of Galveston; 12 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the radio-therapy department of the Rosewood General Hospital in Houston.
