Eva J. Weller (nee Sigsbey), 72, of Elyria died Thursday at Lorain Manor Nursing Home, after a short illness.
She was born in Columbia Station and was a 1941 graduate of LaGrange HighSchool. She was a member of the Independent odd Fellows Welcome Rebecca Lodge 283 of Lorain.
Mrs Weller is survived by her husband, David T., son, David E. of Lorain; daughters, Cheryl L. Hales and Mary L. Whitney, both of Elyria; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Fred Sigsbey of LaGrange; sisters, Verga “Peg” Westfall of Wellington and Mary Regal of Elyria.
Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, Monday ant the Burmeister-Busch Family Chapel, 3200 Detroit Road, Avon. Services will be 10 am Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Charles Hertz will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Garden, Avon.
