Lucy Avery Kelsey made an affidavit in support of her sister, Hannah Avery Neil's pension application for Thomas Neil's Revolutionary War service. The affidavit was dated June 12, 1844. Lucy died on December 19, 1844. She lived in Windham County, Vermont.
