MRS. OLIVER DIES AT 91
Funeral services were conducted Oct. 1 for Mrs. John Oliver of 255 Orchard St., Slingerlands, who died Friday in her home after a long illness.
The former Sadie Rathbun, Mrs. Oliver was a native of Bloomfield Center, Conn., and lived in Slingerlands 65 years.
Survivors include six daughters, Mrs. John Sakacs of Schenectady, Mrs. Mae Colwell of Slingerlands, Mrs. Samuel Pavone, Mrs. William Cramer and Mrs. William Thorenson, all of Albany, and Mrs. Frank O’Connor of Ballston Spa; six sons, Chester Oliver of Rensselaer; John and George Oliver of Slingerlands, Henry and Peter Oliver of Altamont and Charles Oliver of Albany, and one brother, Charles Rathbun of Bloomfield, Conn.
Funeral services were conducted in the Applebee Funeral Home, Delmar. Burial was in Prospect Hill cemetery, Guilderland.
