On July 18, 1744, at the Dutch Reformed Church, Albany, Nicholaas Seskby sponsored the christening of Nicholas, the son of Evert and Elsje Seskby.
In all likelihood, Nicholas and Mary were the parents of Evert, Nicholas, William, Maritje, and Abraham.
