The marriage of Mrs. Verna Combs Sibley, 1008 Walnut st., and Paul L. McNary, 1039 Cambridge rd., was solemnized Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock in the parsonage of Grace Methodist church. Rev. Sumner E. LaFollette, pastor of the church, officiated at the single ring ceremony.
HISTORY OF COSHOCTON CO.
PAUL LEAR MCNARY, was born in Coshocton in 1893, and spent his entire life in the community. He was the son of John and Rose Anna (Lear) McNary. In 1916, he married Edith Julia Brownfield. They had two children; Anita Yvonne, born in 1918, and Paul Wilfred, born in 1925. Edith died in 1945. In 1946 Paul married Verna Spring Sibley. Verna is residing at the Eastern Star Home in Mt. Vernon, Ohio at present. Paul died in 1983 at the age of 90. Paul was a machinist at James B. Clow and Sons until his retirement in 1958.
