3. John Laraway m. 1806 Mary Murray.
4. Jacob Laraway m. 1785 Elizabeth Murray.
Jacob Laraway (1758-1847) enlisted, 1781, as private in Capt. George Pierson's company, Col. Marinus Willett's regiment, New York State volunteers. His widow received a pension. He was born in Schenectady; died in New York.
