Funeral of Ladowick McNary.
The funeral of Ladowick H. McNary took place at his residence, No. 36 Bayard street, at 3 o’clock Friday afternoon and was largely attended by friends and relatives. The Rev. Alvah E. Knapp, of the first Baptist church, officiated. There were a number of floral tokens, consisting of the following: Standing wreath of galax leaves, roses, hyacinths, lettered “Husband” from Mrs. McNary; bouquet of carnations, ferns and smilax. Mrs. James Fosmire, Mrs. Sarah Eggleston, Mrs. Charles P. Waterstreet, Miss Nellie Collins: large wreath of roses, carnations, chrysanthemums, from employees of the finishing room of Morris mill No.4: roses, on sheaf of wheat, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Fox and daughter: carnations and ferns, Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Waterstreet: bouquet of roses, Mrs. Peter Oberist, Miss Libbie Cooper, Mrs. Delbert Cooper: bouquet of carnations and ferns, Mr. and Mrs. E. Cooper: large wreath of galax leaves, violets and jyacinths, Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Dodds.
The bearers were Frank Fox, Eugene Cooper, Peter Oberist and Frank Robinson. Out of town relatives present at the funeral were: Mrs. Frank Davenaugh, of Schenectady; Frank Robinson of Albany. Interment was in the family plot in Green Hill.
