predeceased Sarah, and Sarah died intestate. Heirs named: Benjamin Roylance
and Sarah his wife, Oliver Roylance and Martha, his wife, James Roylance
unmarried, and Emily Overocker all of the city of Chooes.
"said Benjamin Roylance, Oliver, James and Emily Overocker being all and only
heirs of Sarah Roylance who died intestate and who was the widow of Joseph
Roylance"
