Jacob Overocker b. butler, son of M & M d. 1895 age 50
The census shows Jacob as two years older than Thomas. Either the record of burial was incorrect, or he was born extremely close to his brother.
Cayuga County Independent :
— "Jakey" Overacker, a well known character, who has conducted a small peanut and candy stand at Clyde for a number of years, was found dead in his shop one day last week.
