Notes for Lucy E. OVERACKER

After the war Ezra Davis went back home to MI and got a job as a guard at the state prison in Jackson. In 1891 he homesteaded in Brown CO, SD. He married Lucy OVERACKER in 1877. When Ezra Davis died in 1891 she took over the homestead and raised their children, three of whom were his by earlier marriages. She died in 1932.
