MRS. MARTHA S. HAWKES
Manchester, March 13-Martha S. Hawkes, 60, died at Thompson Memorial today following a very brief illness. She was the daughter of John Wendell and Juliet Gay Overacre, and resided at Manchester all of her life. She leaves one brother, Charles Overacre, Postmaster of the Village of Manchester, and one sister, Mrs. Robert Leonard of Shortsville. Funeral at 2 o’clock Thursday at the Baptist Church, Manchester.
