Sues For Divorce From Fair Missionary
San Francisco, May 6-Charles B. Overacker, a rich orchard man of Niles, a suburb of Oakland, brought suit in Oakland for divorce against his wife, who was Ella May Clemmons, sister of Mrs. Howard Gould. He alleges desertion.
The Overackers separated about two years ago, and the wife began missionary work among the Chinese in San Francisco’s Chinatown, where she is now engaged. It is understood that there will be no contest, as property interests have been arranged.
