Surrogate Court by Hannah Overacker on March 5, 1858.
[sic] The petition of Hannah Overacker of the Town of Schaghticoke, in the
County of Rensselaer respectfully showeth that your petitioner is sthe mother
of Mathias and George Overacker, minors"...That said Matthias was 11 years of
age on the 24th February last past year...That said George was 8 years of age
on the 27th day of September last past.
Next page..The petition of Caroline C. Overocker of the Town of Schaghticoke
was 20 yars of age on the 24th day of December last past.
Next page..The petition of Regina Overocker was 18 years of age on the 3rd day
of January last past.
