In 1900 Josephine was living with her daughter, Mary and her husband David whose last name is illegible on the census. They were at Rockaway, Morris Co., NJ.

Josephine D. McNary
Josephine D., widow of General William H. McNary, died Wednesday from dropsy at her residence at 829 Halsey street. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa., September 15, 1839, and had lived in Brooklyn seventy years. She is survived by two sons, William H. and Isaac N., and a daughter, Mrs. Mary Adelaide Ramsey.
