SOUTH BETHLEHEM MAN WINS DIVORCE; AWARDED CHILDREN
An interlocutary decree of divorce granted to Daniel Seaburg of South Bethlehem from his wife, Beulah, by Supreme Court Justice Ellis J. Staley, was filed today with the county clerk
The decree permits Mr. Seaburg to remarry and grants him the custody of his six children, Paul, then, now lifing with his aunt; Laura, seven; Donald, five; Wiley, four, and Wendell, three, all in the Albany Orphan asylum, and Reginald, one year old, at St. Margaret’s home.
The couple were married in Bethlehem October 24, 1916.
The action was not contested by Mrs. Seaburg.
