RAILROAD COMPANY SUED TWICE.
CHATHAM-June 3-The Boston and Albany Railroad company is again faced with two lawsuits, an action having been commenced by Mrs. Frank Decker of Ghent who slipped and fell on an icy crossing and sustained a fracture of an arm. \\\
The second is that of Mrs. Amy Coughan of Coeymans, a relative of Engineer Charles Fink who was killed at State Line, Mass in December, 1907. The damages in this case are placed at $5,000.
