Notes for Anna FINK
According to the 1860 census of Bethlehem, Albany Co.,NY, Ann was 2 months old
in June of 1860.
Anna did not appear on any census in NY State after her marriage, nor did her son or husband. Actually, Anthony did not appear in the 1880 census anywhere in the United States, nor did his father.
Burial at the Lady Help of Christians Cemetery, Glenmont. Headstone inscription:
Anna Fink wife of Franz Bauer born Oct 10, 1857, died Sept 22, 1873
All census reports with Anna as a child in the family indicate consistantly that she was born in 1859, and not 1857. Her mother's maiden name is given as Harris on that same marker, when in fact her name was actually Therres. The likelyhood is very strong that Anna's married name is also incorrect.
