Source: Petition of Michael L. Overocker son of Peter Overocker to prove the
Will of Peter on Sept 10, 1855. The names of the children given: Michael L.
Overocker, Matthias, Jacob M., James W. his four sons, and Lana, the wife of
Nelson Yates, and Elisa, the wife of John H. Bonesteel all residents of
Schaghticoke except Jacob M. who resides in the Town of Ellery in Chataugua,
NY. The deceased also left one granddaughter vis Isadora Francis Van Buren the
daughter of testator's deceased daughter Hannah Maria Van Buren.
