Isabelle SIXBEE was born about 1857 in PA. Isabelle married (1) Frank MCCONNELL and (2) ______ WATKINS. She is mentioned as "Bell Watkins" in her brother Floyd's obituary, but as Mrs. Belle McConnell in History of Tioga Co. and and Mrs. Frank McConnell in her mother's obituary (Mansfield Advertiser).
