ENSIGN C.D. SIGSBEE DEAD
Son of Rear Admiral Pneumonia Victim at Annapolis.

Charles Dwight Sigsbee, jr., ensign, U.S.N.R.F., died yesterday at the Naval Hospital, Annapolis, Md., as the result of pneumonia, following a three days’ illness from influenza.
Ensign Sigsbee, who completed his course and received his commission at the Naval Academy one month ago, was the only son of Rear Admiral Sigsbee, retired. He was 29 years of age, and besides his father is survived by his mother, a wife, and three sisters, Mrs. Sumner Kittelle, Mrs. Robert Small and Mrs. Anatole Fisher.
Mrs. C.D. Sigsbee will come from her home in Ulster county, NY to take charge of the body. A military funeral from the chapel at the Naval Academy probably will be arranged.
