Hotaling residing in the state of Missouri, Post office address unknown, Mary Margaret Hotaling, Margaret Hotaling, Mrs. Higgins, wife of John Higgins, all residing in the town of New Scotland, Albany county, NY, the heirs-at-law and next of kin of Peter W. Hallenbeck, late of the town of Guilderland, in the county of Albany deseased, send Greeting:
Whereas, James Hallenbeck, of the town of Guilderland, in the county of Albany has made application to our Surrogate’s court of the county of Albany, to have a certain instrument in writing, relating to real and personal estate, duly proved as the last will and testament of said Peter W.
