MRS. MCNARY PASSES AWAY
After suffering for eight weeks with complications of heart and kidney troubles Mrs. Isaac McNary passed away Friday evening at ten minutes after six o'clock; all during the long weeks of her illness she had been cared for most devotedly but the serious nature of the complications was too much for her enfeebled constitution to combat and for some days her recovery has been despaired of. Her's was a most exemplary Christian character and her life an example of unselfish devotion to her husband and children and to all with whom she came in contact.
Mrs. McNary was past 73 years of age and was born in South River, N.J., her maiden name being Louise Fate. Fifty-three years ago she was married to Isaac McNary the earlier years of their wedded life being spent in Fishkill on the Hudson. Thirty-three years ago the family came to Coshocton where they have resided ever since.
Eleven children were born to the union of that number four died in infancy and one daughter, Mrs. Homer Jacobs passed away about two years ago; the surviving ones are Charles, John, Mrs Joe Swigert, Misses Emma and Eva McNary of this city and Mrs Juhr of Guadenhutten. The husband also survives.
The funeral services will be held from the family home on Orange street Monday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. Robertson, the pastor of Grace church of which Mrs. McNary was a consistent member for many years having charge of the service, and interment in Oak Ridge cemetery.
