The People Of The State Of New York-To John G. McNary and George C.S. McNary, residing in the City of the Brooklyn, Isaac R. McNary residing in the City of New York, William H. McNary, residing in London, England; Sarah F. McNary, an infant over fourteen years; Charles H. McNary and Edna M. McNary, infants under fourteen years, residing with their mother, Mary McNary, all residing in Newark, New Jersey: Whereas, Sarah F. Crawford, of the City of Brooklyn has lately petitioned to our Surrogate’s Court of the County of Kings, to have certain instrument in writing bearing date the fifteenth day of November, 1876, relating to real and personal estate, duly proved as the last will and testament of Susanna McNary, late of the City of Brooklyn, deceased: Wherefore, you and each of you are hereby cited and required to appear before our said Surrogate at the Surrogate’s Court, in the County Court House, in the City of Brooklyn, on the fourth day of March nest, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, and attend the probate of the said last will and testament and the show cause why a special guardian should not be appointed to appear for them on said probate, on the application of the petitioner.
In testimony whereof, we have caused the ??? of the Surroge’s Court of Kings County to be here unto affixed. Witness, Hon. Abraham Lott, Surrogate of our said county at the City of Brooklyn, the eleventh day of Jauary, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six. Judah E.
