Notes for Peter HUNT
Peter Hunt was robbed and murdered on Sept 24, 1844 as he was returning home
from selling some cattle.
On July 2, 1797, he witnessed in the baptism of Sally Overacker, the daughter
of Michael and Anna Lossie.
Burial was at the Lutheran Church Cemetery, Melrose, NY
According to Norman Hunt's death certificate, Peter was born in NY State.
